- Add as many items as you want to your basket by clicking “add to cart” button at the bottom of each product page.
- Then either click the “proceed to checkout” button or the little “Shopping Cart” button located at the navigation bar.
- Then you may make any adjustments to your order on your “Shopping Cart” page, click the “update cart” button and proceed to “checkout”
- If you've already shopped at PawDigs before, you are a registered user. You can enter your e-mail address and password and you'll be guided through the checkout process. If you're a new customer, you'll be prompted to register for the first time. Just follow instructions from there.
Payment Options We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Cash or personal checks cannot be accepted.
On all custom orders credit cards are charged at time of order processing and shipments normally take 2-4 weeks depending on the product. Sales Tax PawDigs.com is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders that ship to addresses within the state of California
Security The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at PawDigs. Thanks to our super-secure servers and all the careful measures we take to protect your information, we're able to guarantee that every transaction you make on PawDigs will be 100% safe. This means that in the extremely unlikely event that unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at PawDigs – you won't pay a penny! The truth is you're safer shopping online with PawDigs than you are using your credit card at the mall, and better even -- you don't have to leave home.
SHIPPING
Shipping Process Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. All orders are manufacturer direct via ground service with UPS or Fed-Ex. Multiple item orders may ship in separate packages.
In-stock items are shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery. Special Order items take longer and delivery times are quoted in the product description.
Oversized product orders may incur additional shipping charges. If in the event there are incorrect, undeliverable addresses or refused shipments that result in an order being returned, then shipping fees will still be charged.
We are sorry but because of our factory direct business, we are currently unable to offer express shipping. Orders cannot be accepted for shipment outside the continental U.S.

Custom Order Policy Please make sure pets are measured correctly and proofread any names carefully on engraved items, as custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. These include personalized items and special orders, as well as any item that is noted as a custom order on the product page. Please note that custom-made items ship directly from our designers, so they may exceed traditional ship times. RETURNS
Return Policy Returns are subject to the following terms – please read carefully: If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, we will gladly accept the return or exchange it within 14 days of shipping. Please include your sales receipt and all merchandise must be in saleable condition with tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept products that have been damaged by your pet. We will credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges). We do not except returns or exchanges on custom orders (see Custom Order Policy), we do not accept C.O.D. returns. To return an item, please send us an e-mail with the reason and items you will be returning. We will respond to you with a return order number and instructions on where to return the item(s). You are responsible for properly packaging the return package. We recommend you insure the package. PawDigs cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
