Take Your Pet To Work Day
Did you know that Friday, June 25th is Take Your Dog To Work Day? Pet Sitters International (PSI) created Take Your Dog To Work Day in 1999 and now workers have a chance to experience bringing their pets to work once a year. PSI wanted to celebrate the human-canine bond with the ultimate goal of promoting shelter adoptions and Take Your Dog To Work Day was born.
Some people are lucky enough to be able to bring their best friends to work all the time, like corporate people who have the option of working from home, those who have home based businesses, and companies like Google. I say let’s all GO FURRY on Friday – what a great idea to support this and help promote pet adoption.
